Several companies not affiliated with Martz Global Events (MGE) have disguised themselves as official registration and accommodation providers for the 2023 annual meetings. These companies may contact you directly through their respective websites to provide registration and/or space for annual meetings. Websites are designed to deceive visitors by tricking them.
Do not provide your credit card information or make a reservation through any site other than our official registration and accommodation partner, Martz Global Events. Group room packages will be managed by FHT Global, in collaboration with MGE.
Early bird registration will close on 8 February 2023 at 12 PM. Noon (CT) Currently, a standard registration fee applies and will continue until the end of the meeting.
American Alliance Of Museums
NSHH! It will start on February 8, 2023 at 12 PM. noon (CT), session tickets are non-refundable, except for cancellation of the entire session. Tickets for new sessions may also be added as they become available, but will not be posted and collected at the meeting.
Courses (C) and workshops (W) require payment and approval. All other session types are on a first-come, first-served basis by category. All session ticket policies apply.
All members must be in good standing at the time of registration for the 2023 Annual Meeting and must renew their 2023 membership to receive the membership rate.
Aaed Annual Meeting
The membership process is not instant and will take 7-10 business days to be reviewed. To ensure a great experience, make sure you allow plenty of time.
February 1, 2023: Deadline to complete membership applications (Fellows and Associates) and return submitted membership applications/documents for review. Once reviewed and approved, you will be offered the opportunity to register at the early bird rate.
March 1, 2023: Deadline to complete membership applications (Fellows and Associates) and return submitted membership applications/documents for review. Once reviewed and approved, a standard rate will be provided for registration.
Aaas 2023 Annual Meeting
Those who have completed, are fully registered by 12 PM on 8 February 2023. noon (CT), will automatically submit your materials prior to the meeting.
If for some reason you do not receive your package before the meeting, the materials can be picked up at the meeting.
