Max Andreev has been the mainstay of Cornell’s hockey offense since 2018. As a freshman, Andreev scored 10 points and had the fourth-best field goal percentage among freshmen. After missing the better part of two years due to COVID-19, Andreev had a breakout junior campaign, scoring in eight straight games, earning ECAC Hockey Player of the Month and ECAC Hockey Driscoll Skating and Player of the Month honors. Hurdler Ama Boham has written her name in most of the Cornell record books and field records. Boham holds the school record in the 60-meter hurdles and is in the top ten all-time in the 100-meter hurdles. She was the Ivy League champion in the 60-meter hurdles, the first Cornellian champion in that event since 2007. She earned first-team All-Ivy honors and was also named to the Academic All-Ivy team.

Shannon Brazier saw action in all 16 games in his first year and has made an impact on the field from the start. In 2022, Brazier competed for Team China at the Women’s World Lacrosse Championship, finishing second in the tournament in draws and in the top 10 in assists. Kathleen Castiello is a consistent hitter for the Reds, has been a force to be reckoned with. As a rookie, Castiello was second on the team in goals and points in just six starts. In 2022, Castiello added a game-high six points in Cornell’s 23-8 win over Columbia, tying the school record for most goals in the process. He was later named Offensive Player of the Week and had another six-point game against Dartmouth. After his inaugural 2022 season, Castiello received recognition when he was named honorable mention All-Ivy. This season, he became the 28th player in program history to reach the century mark. He again earned honorable mention All-Ivy honors to cap off his senior season.

A transfer from Northwestern, Amanda Cramer came to Cornell for the 2022 season and made an immediate impact. In his freshman year, he earned the team’s Most Improved Offensive Player award after leading the team in scoring and earning honorable mention All-Ivy. In just one year on the team, she earned the honor of captain, helping to lead the team along with Bridget Babcock and Hillary Hoover. She was also part of the A Division team that helped Cornell to its first MAISA Women’s Spring Championship. As head coach of the Cornell men’s basketball team, Greg Dolan led the Red to two straight Ivy Madness appearances. In his first year, Dolan came off the bench to average 4.8 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game.
