Congratulations to the #LBCC eSports teams for winning two NECC league championships! After a stunning Best of Three competition, Long Beach City College’s eSports teams won the National Collegiate eSports Conference (NECC) for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege. Siege now qualifies for nationals. LBCC team members compete against more than 600 schools across the country, including 4-year institutions. Long Beach City College () is partnering with the Long Beach Community College Association (LBCA) to present a symposium on cannabis. The Nov. 4 event is designed to help higher education institutions and cannabis companies learn how to effectively partner in cannabis programs and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that collaboration brings.
