Purdue To Ban Recreational Streaming In All Classrooms
Please use graduate name, graduate phone number and graduate email when booking a session for clarity 🙂
Also, if you have ideas for photos or specific locations you’d like to shoot, please include them in the “notes” section when booking! This makes it much easier to plan the logistics of visiting the desired places during your time frame.

If you are graduating after Spring 2023 and would like me to do your son’s/daughter’s graduation: Please fill out this form and I will let you know when I post your semester/season reservation.
If the current month is not May 2023, you must go to “May 2023” in the calendar below to find available session times.
I’ll email you a link to your private gallery (just like this one) within 1 week of your session date/time where you can download your edited JPG files in full resolution!

For example: If your meeting is on Thursday 3:00 PM, your photos will be signed, sealed and delivered on Thursday 10:00 PM.
At least 25 photos are guaranteed! (Often much more, if you have ideas for venues, props, extended family, etc. – just a guarantee from me! 🙂 )
Yeah! I know things can happen. If more than 2 weeks have passed since your respective session, you can reschedule directly via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking! If it’s been a week since your session, just email me: Trevor.mahlman[email protected] I’ll be happy to help you find a new day/time!
College Spring Break Vacation Dates 2023
If you have ideas for specific photos you want to capture, I’d love to hear them! During or after booking (via email confirmation), you can add your ideas to the “Notes” section of your photo session. Please add them there or email me: [email protected]. I’d be happy to discuss ideas and/or add them to your session!
My Singles, Small Family, Big Family, and Small Group sessions include individual photos of graduates. Large and XL group sessions are group photos only, unless time permits. (which is usually if we are efficient and know where you want to have photos on campus)

I’m open to your suggestions for things that usually fall between the Arch and PMU, but here are the places that alumni like to visit the most:
The group must designate a person to book the meeting, and the friends of the group will be responsible for returning that person.
My full time job covers US missile launches. (Florida, Texas, Virginia, etc.) Here are some examples of my work if you’re interested! The schedule for them can and often does change. If there is a major release from me that interferes with our scheduled meeting date/time, I will always work with you in good faith to move it to another date and time. If we are unable to find a time that works for both of you within the desired term/season, you will be refunded in full. I’ve done hundreds of these sessions so far and only had clients cancel. I have never completely canceled a session to date. The longest time it took to transfer a meeting from the initial booking date to the actual meeting date was 7 days. If you can be flexible with me, I’m always happy to be flexible with you to take your photos 🙂

FULL REFUNDS: If the client cancels their respective session within 24 hours of booking or if a situation like the one described by my rocket launch in the introduction occurs and we are unable to find a new date and time.
50% refund: If the client cancels after 24 hours of booking, but more than two weeks after the session.
Time: 200+ photos to date, I’ve always managed to find a day before/after/closer to my scheduled shoot day to tackle the photos, so I’m happy to reschedule in case of bad weather I give. If we run out of time and I can’t reschedule before I have to leave town, you will be refunded in full.

Family Emergency: If you are unable to attend your meeting due to an emergency (such as a death in the family) and there are still spaces available, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule. If there is no meeting, 75% will be returned.
Corona Virus/Covid-19 Status: I plan to do all shoots unless there are restrictions (lockdowns) that prevent travel to and from the Purdue University West Lafayette campus. As a photographer, I always wear a mask and observe proper social distancing. ====
Depending on your bank, all refunds take 9-14 business days (in total) to process and appear in your account. If you decide not to show up for your appointment, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
