Some lessons/courses require additional fees for materials, tools, clothing, equipment, and miscellaneous supplies (Education Code 70902(s)). Payments are recorded in the corresponding class. Additional fees are due at enrollment and are not covered by the California College Promise Grant (CCPG).

COTOP provides a method for collecting tuition and in-kind aid liability invoice balances. Delinquent accounts are filed with COTOP for a tax lien – any tax refunds, lottery winnings, or unclaimed property garnishments that the Franchise Tax Authority may owe you.

All outstanding fees (including registration and related fees) at the three Riverside Community College District colleges – Moreno Valley College, Norco College and Riverside City College – may be submitted to COTOP. This loan is not presented to any major credit institution.
